Michael Green is a former DA from Monroe County (NY) and leader of the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS). Currently, he serves as an adjunct professor in the Criminal Justice Department at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).

He possesses a wealth of knowledge on criminal justice reform and can provide a unique lens on BWC usage and implementation from a prosecutorial perspective.
